GeoDwel

Terms of Service

In effect from 25 July 2026.

Who we are

GeoDwel is operated by Geifon LLC (“GeoDwel”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company organised in the State of Florida, United States, at 1760 N Jog Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33411. You can reach us at admin@geodwel.com. These terms form a contract between you and Geifon LLC governing your use of the GeoDwel website and service (the “Service”).

1. The service

GeoDwel provides interactive maps of publicly sourced quality-of-life data for informational purposes. It is not professional advice — legal, financial, tax or otherwise — and must not be treated as the sole basis for a decision to move, buy, or invest. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

2. Accounts

One data layer is free and needs no account. Other features require an account, created through our authentication provider. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account, and must provide accurate information.

3. Subscriptions, billing and who you buy from

A subscription unlocks every data layer for France at 24/month, or 192/year (billed once a year, equivalent to 16/month). Access is per country; other countries are in preparation and will each be their own subscription.

Your purchase is made through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for the Service. Paddle — not Geifon LLC — is the seller for that transaction, issues your invoice, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any value-added tax (VAT), sales tax or equivalent that applies where you live. The price shown is the total amount payable, including any such tax; the breakdown is shown at checkout before you pay. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms, presented to you at checkout. These terms continue to govern your use of the Service itself.

Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Geifon LLC does not receive or store your card details. You can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.

Because Paddle is the seller for your purchase (section 3), withdrawal and refund requests are handled by Paddle. Tell Paddle in a clear statement before the 14 days are up — any clear declaration is enough, and you may use the model withdrawal form but do not have to. You can also write to us at admin@geodwel.com and we will help you reach the right place.

Immediate access. A subscription gives you access to digital content and services straight away. Before you are taken to checkout, you are asked to expressly request that performance begins immediately and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where it has only partly begun, you may still withdraw but may owe an amount proportionate to what you have used.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access in place until the end of the current paid period. Outside the statutory withdrawal right in section 4, payments for a period already begun are non-refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Because Paddle is the seller for your purchase, refunds are processed by Paddle; contact Paddle, or write to admin@geodwel.com and we will point you to the right place.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell or systematically extract the data, misrepresent it, attempt to breach security, or use the Service unlawfully. Reasonable personal and professional use of the maps and figures is fine; bulk redistribution of the underlying datasets is not.

7. Data accuracy

Figures derive from third-party official sources — national statistics offices, land registries, weather services and risk agencies — and are provided “as is”. We aggregate, map and cite; we do not warrant accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Where a source reports no value we show “no data” rather than an estimate.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and the compiled presentation of the data are owned by Geifon LLC. The underlying data remains subject to the licences and attribution terms of its official sources (for France, these include INSEE, DVF/Etalab, Géorisques, DREES and others named on the Data & sources page), which we cite per layer.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoDwel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country in which you live.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
