In effect from 30 August 2026.
GeoDwel is operated by GEIFON, LLC. Your subscription is purchased through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller. Paddle is the seller for that transaction and issues your invoice, so cancellations, withdrawals and refunds are handled by Paddle under their own terms.
Refunds are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy, which applies to your purchase in full.
We do not add conditions of our own to it. Your rights depend on where you live, and Paddle applies whichever gives you the most protection — your local consumer law, or their own policy.
To ask for one, use the receipt Paddle emailed you, or go to paddle.net and look up your purchase.
You can always write to us at admin@geodwel.com instead. We cannot process the payment ourselves, but we will help you reach the right place — and if something about the service has gone wrong, we would rather hear about it than not.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
One data layer per country is free and needs no account or payment, so there is nothing to refund. We recommend exploring it before subscribing.
