In effect from 25 July 2026.
GeoDwel is operated by Geifon LLC. Your subscription is purchased through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller. Paddle is the seller for that transaction and issues your invoice, so cancellations, withdrawals and refunds are processed by Paddle. You can always write to us at admin@geodwel.com and we will help you reach the right place.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.
Tell Paddle in a clear statement before the 14 days are up — any clear declaration is enough, and you may use the model withdrawal form but do not have to.
Immediate access. A subscription gives you access to digital content and services straight away. Before you are taken to checkout, you are asked to expressly request that performance begins immediately and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where it has only partly begun, you may still withdraw but may owe an amount proportionate to what you have used.
Outside the statutory withdrawal right above, payments for a period already begun are non-refundable, except where consumer law requires otherwise. If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a subscription you could not use, or data that did not work as described — write to admin@geodwel.com and we will look at it properly rather than pointing at this paragraph.
One data layer per country is free and needs no account or payment, so there is nothing to refund. We recommend exploring it before subscribing.
This page summarises sections 4 and 5 of our Terms of Service, which govern in full.
