Privacy Policy

In effect from 25 July 2026.

Who controls your data

The controller of your personal data is Geifon LLC, a company organised in the State of Florida, United States, at 1760 N Jog Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33411. For any privacy request or question, contact admin@geodwel.com.

1. Data we collect

Account data (your email, and name if you provide one); subscription and payment status (card details are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, never stored by us); your newsletter email and preferences if you subscribe; and aggregate, cookieless usage analytics. Exploring the free layer needs no account and collects no personal data beyond standard, transient server logs.

2. Why we use it, and our legal bases

To provide the Service and your account, and to process subscriptions — performance of a contract. To send the newsletter — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. To keep the Service secure and to understand aggregate usage through cookieless analytics — our legitimate interests.

3. Providers we rely on

We share personal data only with the providers below, each under contract and only as needed to run the Service. Several process no customer personal data at all.

4. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies — set by our authentication provider to keep you signed in, and by Paddle during checkout. Our analytics are cookieless and do not track you across sites. We set no advertising or profiling cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through; you can still block cookies in your browser, though sign-in and checkout may then not work.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active and for as long afterwards as legal and accounting obligations require. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw any consent — at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. Contact admin@geodwel.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and the personal data attached to it at any time by contacting admin@geodwel.com. We remove your account data promptly, keeping only what legal and accounting rules require us to retain.

8. International transfers

Some providers above process data outside the EEA, primarily in the United States. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; we will notify you of material changes. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service.
